The best rule of thumb is to think fresh....highly processed foods with ingredients we can not pronounce are usually not the best choices

Mix them up to make colourful interesting lunches everyday
Cucumber sandwich with sprouts on wholegrain bread with cold beans and peach
Left over Greek pasta salad with hard boiled egg and grapes.
Shredded left over chicken breast mixed with mayonnaise, shredded carrots and diced apples in a wholegrain pita topped with sprouts with apple sauce.
Sliced strawberries with faux peanut butter made from soy product on wholegrain bread with fruit salad and milk.
Think outside the box and avoid the same lunches over and over again.
